Customer fears and worries

Many times customers will spend time searching for the best prices online sometimes you get good quality and often you don’t.

Besides being an alarm salesman I am also a customers so I understand the worries that customers have:

Am I getting a fair price. I have the same concerns with anything I buy and I do pay more for higher quality but I do want a fair price. I have bought cheap knives for cooking and you know they are cheap compared with a good quality knife and the same applies to most things and we will give you quality products for a fair price.

Do I want to sign a 5 year contract. (We do 3 year agreements or less) Many companies claim to give you free equipment but sign you up for 5 years so in the long run you pay quite a bit more than a 3 year but they say you got free equipment. There is no free lunch. Am I getting a quality system installed professionally? I have seen many systems that cost less than the ones we sell installed improperly with wires hanging or the motions mounted in the wrong locations or cameras installed improperly.

Am I paying too much for monthly monitoring? If the company uses a third party for the central station and guards you end up dealing with 3 companies so it can be a headache. If the company is out of state you end up having all sorts of issues with the billing and system that cannot be dealt with easily so buying local from Peak Alarm solves these issues.
