What is important to you the customer?

When I show up to your home or place of work let me know your priorities and I will do my best to meet your needs.

The hammer is great for some projects although picking the best tool for what needs to be done is very important and sometimes you need a different tool. Let me know what is important to you.

1. Often people think the answer is a low price and sometimes this is the case. When you purchase lower priced security systems often you don’t get systems that are encrypted or have frequency hopping. Low priced camera systems do not last as long as a better quality system nor do you have as many features and benefits.

2. More often customers look for companies that they can trust that will do the job correctly with quality equipment. If the low price company only has a few employees the price may be better although service may not be as good. Peak has been in business for over 50 years and is a family business. I have been doing this for over 20 years and I keep up on current training when it comes to new technology.

3. Sometimes customers want things quickly and have their system installed the same day or that same week. Our customers wait a bit to have their systems installed because they have heard from other customers that is worth the wait. Going with a company that installs the same day or the same week often has drawbacks such as a higher monthly rate or good service at install and not as good of service later on. Many customers end up doing longer contracts through other companies so it all depends what is important to you.

4. Some companies or individuals want the latest technology and we have it. You can arm or disarm remotely and view your cameras remotely or control your locks remotely. Not all the systems are the same so research price, quality, service and company reputation before you buy.
