Two thumbs up and five stars for this grand opening of Tony's Grill and Sushi bar. Tell Tony that Larry Love sent you. What I love about Tony is that he is so creative and serves you with an incredible attitude. Personally I still fall back on fresh tuna (Maguro) and Fresh Salmon but Tony makes a mean hand roll too.

Green items on the menu indicate vegetarian items.

A little fish next to the items indicate raw fish.

Come ready to enjoy yourself because this is not just dinner it is a dining experience. This reminded me of a Sushi bar that I have gone to in San Francisco and my wife Lizeth is already planning her next lunch with friends at Tony's.

Tony's grill and Sushi Bar is the place to eat. It was totally worth the drive from Salt Lake to Layton just to eat there. The menu is very diverse. For those people that don't want to eat raw fish Tony has many other options including cooked fish and even grilled chicken in the sushi. I tasted that and it was very good although I am more of a sushi guy. I have eaten sushi all over the US and Tony has out done himself with this restaurant. The available choices are not only diverse but there are so many choices you could go every week and still not try everything for quite some time. The restaurant is clean including the bathrooms and the food was prepared by experts who also included a smile as well.

This grill and sushi bar is well worth the drive from Salt Lake.

I did not taste this but it looked so good I had to get a picture and the couple that were eating it raved about it.

Fresh fish

Baked Scallop California roll

A bit sweet but I loved it

I spoke with Tony's daughter during the grand opening and she confessed Tony's does cook steak at home and Mom (Lisa) is also a great chef. This Tony is one of the Hosts and I got a picture with him. He is from Hong Kong.
