The company will need to know what brand and model number of security panel you have.

Often the security company will need to install a new cellular communicator.

It is best when you have the Installer code, the programming code and the lock code.

Some systems are proprietary and require that you install a new headend system.

GE Interlogix went out of business in 2019 so we can no longer purchase equipment so most of the time we need to install a new panel if you had a CONCORD 4 or NX8 etc…

Here are some items on the list to because when a company takes over your account we will need to test every point on the system so we need to include more time for a system with 35 points than with 6.

If we change out your panel we often will need to change out the EOL end of line resisters on each zone or point and test them so we need to include time for that.

If you have one zone with 15 hardwired smoke detectors each of them will need to be tested.

MONITORING COSTS

Monitoring costs also can differ depending on the services that you have or need. If we have to send a guard in the event of an alarm because the police will not respond that is called Alarm Response and that is another service we can add to the monthly.

Elite Control Cellular allows you to arm and disarm remotely.

Openings and Closings reports is a service

Schedules is a service if you want us to call you if your store was armed too early or too late or not at all.

Video Verification service will vary for how many cameras and if they are inside or outside

Access Control Keyless entry door hosting on the cloud is a service

If you have a full service warranty then that is a repair agreement and this is another service.
