Installation Schedule notes

Install Department Schedule notes:

1.     Once we have your signed paperwork, the emergency call list we will send the paperwork to our accounting department and they will build the account and when they have the deposit they will send it to the installation department.

 

2.     Once the install department gets your paperwork, they will order the equipment and schedule a date for your installation.

 

3.     If there are any parts on backorder this will affect the timetable.

 

4.     Making sure that we have your proper phone numbers and email addresses will help. Our install department cannot receive or send text messages although Larry Love can at 801 898 6003

 

5.     We will get you the soonest date possible so if you cannot do certain dates or times let Larry Love know so special arrangements can be made.

 

6.     When we schedule a date normally the tech will arrive between 8:30 and 9:30AM after picking up parts at the office. If you have a small install like a cellular communicator and it will only be one hour, they may schedule a different time.

 

7.     Our automated email system will send you an email with the scheduled date so if there are any changes, please let Larry Love know.

 

8.     Any changes which include additional items or removing items from a job will only be done using a signed addendum. Call Larry with any questions.
