2. Team of NICET technicians to design, program, test and certify

3. Completeness of the proposal from an experienced fire alarm estimator that is also NICET Certified.

4. A company that points out possible change orders with request for information documents.

5. Code concerns for NFPA 72, IFC, IBC and NEC

6. Price - This is the last factor. A job will work out much better when you have a full package.
