We have camera systems that can be set up using analytics to detect and notify you of specific issues including direction, time, specific movement and more.

Options also are available on our WIFI alarm.com cameras to reduce the amount of false notifications based on wind, weather and small animals and such.

When WIFI cameras are used a power outlet needs to be close and you need to have good WIFI and an upload speed that can handle the load depending on the amount of cameras.

It is also recommended to use an SVR streaming video recorder rather than just using the live video view and the limited clips you get on the cloud. When we install an SVR there is an 8 dollar a month change for the broadband usage and $10 per month for every 4 cameras.

The other method is to hardwire the cameras to an NVR network video recorder and when you do this there is not a monthly fee although the app is a separate app.

Depending on your needs and the product, analytics can be used to notify you of someone loitering in an area where people should not be. We can set up cameras to tie to the POS systems on your cash registers. This way you go right to specific transactions rather than searching through all the video.

An example of using the loitering analytics would be to alert a fast food company that their manager is in his office during the lunch rush time when he or she should be out on the floor helping his or her staff.
